"I arrived at the business on a Saturday to pick up some awards they_were designing for me. I did not realize they were not open on_Saturdays. The owner came to store to give me the items even_though she had plans to celebrate a family graduation. She took_time to meet me at the store and assisted me with the items I had_ordered. Excellent service and understanding team."
